Update
I was not sure what to do with Memo Pisa el Lodo, a blog I haven't actively updated for almost a year where I would document art in the public sphere (mostly in Los Angeles).
I have had some problems with it and I simply haven't had the time or energy to fix it.
I was not sure whether I should also document public art in this blog, or just keep it separate between urban memo and memo pisa el lodo...
But really, its all towards an interactive urban environment, so I'll mix the street art and the personal here.

Space Invader at The Standard
Word had it that there was a Space Invader somewhere at The Standard. Last year I went a few times, and walked all over the place looking for it.
I went to the rooftop bar of The Standard the other night to take a break from work. I spent a good chunk of my time there standing by the rail with a drink in hand watching people excersize away on the stair climbers at the building across the street. I then turned around to leave, looked up... and there it was...
...The last remaining Space Invader that-I-am-aware-of in downtown.
